With my art I try to make people happy with their own thrills, happy moments, shortcomings and other emotions.
I do it with my outlook on life in beautiful depict colorful scenes.
My brushes make the world more beautiful.
Vita / Lebenslauf:
My work is always about people,
their feelings, but primarily about their mutual relationships.
The subjects are commonplace and are illustrated
in an open humorous manner.
I make colorful paintings, silkscreens and sculptures.
Each painting is a collage of diary pages
from different periodes.
Motto's inspired by the 1970's
appear on current issues.
I say on this "...feelings are timeless".

Aktivitäten / Ausstellungen:
I work and live in Wageningen (Netherlands).
In 1993 I graduated from the University of Arts in Arnhem.
Since then I work as a professional artist.
I paint, sculpt, make linoleum cuttings,
silkscreen prints and work in commission.
Next to all of this I take part in a number of art projects,
for example I am co-publisher of the Arts Agenda,

and I was co-organizer of the Wageningen Cultural Circuit.
