Olga Ivanovna Tkacheva мember of the International Federation of Artists;
Olga Ivanovna Tkacheva was born in city of Belgorod (Russia) 1970. In 1993 has ended Kursk state pedagogical institute, art - graphic faculty. Has the 18-years experience of pedagogical work in establishments of education and culture of city of Belgorod.

In April, 2001 - the participant of XII regional youth exhibition where became the winner in a nomination « For the sure decision of creative problems».
