Statement:
I have been painting and exhibiting my artwork professionally for 7 years in France, Italy and Britain. I was born in France and I came to live in Scotland in 2006. My work is all about women.
I like to paint different types of ladies in an attractive and funky way. Pin-ups, fashionistas, burlesque girls, widows, jealous girlfriends...
I am inspired by the fashion and I like giving them a glamorous style. I draw and paint with gestuality and with the hazard of the forms also created.I realise most of my paintings with acrylic medium on canvas.
I also like to realise celebrity portraits by giving them a touch of « sexyness ».
I realised the portrait of Scotland health minister Nicola Sturgeon in 2009 « Naughty Nicola » or Britain’s got talent Susan Boyle « Oh la la Susan ». They also give me the opportunity to get a lot of press realeases in the U.K. Most recently, I realised a portrait of Carla Bruni in a sexy first lady’s uniform.
I also do a lot of commissions paintings and realise drawings and illustrations based on cutting edge fashion.
