Statement:
I am an Australian contemporary landscape artist working with acrylic paint and mixed media on canvas.

I am inspired by the beauty, complexity and vulnerability of the natural world and am interested in questioning how humans have upset the ecological balance of their environment.

Currently, I am working on a series of paintings inspired by the area where I have been living and working, in the rain-forest of Northern NSW, Australia. Living here has made me even more aware of our impact on the natural world. I hope to promote awareness of the vulnerability of our environment.
