My work is about the gesture, the emotions conveyed by lines and color. I work in small format for the most part, whether on paper or metal, and I see these small pieces as verses of poems one suddenly recalls or sections of songs one quietly hums. The lines express the tension, conflict and happiness of daily life in brief moments, weaving the threads into memories.
