Statement:
My work always has been a personal exploration of human emotions. I do not paint portraits of women; I paint a concept of female emotions. Using the female figure as a vehicle, I attempt to capture a moment in time. The richness of color combine with movement to strengthen and broaden the feelings created in my paintings.

Vita / Lebenslauf:
Born in New Orleans, raised in South America and educated in Europe, Cassandra�s artistic career spans 25 years as a working artist and 15 years as a Teaching artist to adults and children. Cassandra has been listed each year, in Who's Who of American Women as Curator and Educator since 2001; and in Who's Who in America since 2004 as a Teaching Artist. Cassandra is also a long standing member of prestigious The National Association of Women Artists out of New York.
