Teaching Experience
Instructor of Record: SAIC/ Contemporary Art, Fall 2008
Led a weekly discussion section in conjunction with James Yood’s art history lecture on contemporary issues.
Teaching Assistant: SAIC/ First Year Program, Fall 2007- Spring 2008
Assisted Brian McCutcheon with Space Core Classes, leading demonstrations on plaster casting, basic wood tools, and sewing. I worked one on one with students to develop their projects, from concept through material choices and process.
Instructor of Record: SAIC/ Modern Art History Survey, Spring 2008
Assisted James Yood with 46 students in this large lecture class. Responsible for tailoring the syllabus, developing paper and quiz assignments, grading assignments, leading museum discussions with the students, and holding office hours.

Assisted Todd Pavlisko with Space Core Class. I worked closely with the students, developing their projects, from suggestions of artists and reference materials, to investiagtions of materials and processes.
