Vita / Lebenslauf:
Born in Bombay in 1961, I was interested in Art from a very young age. My journey started with water colours, small installations and woodwork, gravitated to fashion design, photography, video editing and culminated in using all my talents in multi-media in my last corporate job as an event conceptualiser and manager.I arrived in Bahrain over 22 years ago. Although I worked in the advertising and publishing industry as a creative professional, I wished to express myself as an artist, through art that was unique and distinctive. It was about fifteen years ago while juggling a piece of film and some coloured paper that I chanced upon a technique that I refer to as �Positively Paper�. The colours in my art are a reflection of a mood or a feeling and not necessarily representative of the original scene giving me free rein to express myself. I derive my inspiration from every day life.
