Bilderserien – Serienbilder
– Charakteristisch für meine Arbeiten ist die Verwendung präziser geometrischer Formen und die Bildung von Strukturen als Gestaltungsform. Die geometrischen Formen bilden das Konstrukt für meine Farberkundungen, sie bleiben in der Wiederholung konstant, variiert werden Anordnung, Kombination, Flächengröße und Farbkonstellation. So kann theoretisch eine unendliche Zahl an Varianten durchgespielt werden.

Vita / Lebenslauf:
Ellen Roß, M.A., geb. 1960. Studium der Theaterwissenschaft und der Romanistik an der FU Berlin. 1985 bis 1993 in Rom, Tätigkeit als Übersetzerin. Lebt seit 2010 wieder in ihrer Heimatstadt Koblenz, 2011 Gründung der Galerie SEHR mit Partner Stephan Hardy, 2015 Gründung des Kunstvereins mehrkunst. Seit 2018 Mitglied der italienischen Künstlerbewegung "astractura". Arbeitet als Künstlerin und Galeristin. Ausstellungen u.a. Museumsnacht Koblenz, Dauerausstellung Pinacoteca di Palazzo Sanchez De Luna, Sant'Arpino (Italien), Dauerausstellung, Sala di ASTRACTURA, Polo espositivo Juana Romani, Velletri (Italien)
