Besik Arbolishvili was born in Georgia on February 17, 1955. Graduated from Tbilisi State Art Academy, Faculty of Art History and Pedagogy in 1981. He is the author of the following works: 'Train' (1985), 'Family Portrait' 1981, 'Bakurian' 1986, 'Portrait of Lela' 1987, 'Angel of Sorrow' 1996 and others. Participated in exhibitions held in Georgia and abroad, Phillip's Art auction in London, April, and November 1990. His biography is included in the references, 'Who is Who of Intellectuals' and 'Dictionary of international biography' IBC 1995, Cambridge, U.K.
